No under-18 use
GoLive Chat is intended for adults aged 18 or older. People under 18 are not permitted to use it, including with parental permission. Do not misrepresent age or assist another person in bypassing this rule.
Prohibited conduct
Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of a minor, grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, trafficking and attempts to obtain sexual material from a minor are prohibited. This includes links, threats and attempts to move such conduct to another service.
Making a report
Provide the relevant page or profile address, account name, approximate time and a brief description. Include only information needed to identify the concern. Do not investigate by continuing an unsafe interaction.
Do not upload, forward or email child sexual abuse material. Appropriate authorities or specialist reporting services can explain how to handle evidence safely. The NCMEC CyberTipline is one reporting resource; use the appropriate authority for your location.
Handling concerns
The operator considers reports using the information available and applicable obligations. Appropriate responses can include restricting access, preserving relevant information where required and cooperating with competent authorities. This policy does not claim a particular detection method, review deadline or guaranteed outcome.
